Welcome to my video library, where you will find all of my pre-recorded classes. My style is grounded in creative and anatomical sequencing with somatic embodiment and meditation, designed for students who know their way around their mat. Each class is recorded in a beautiful natural setting, so you can travel with me wherever I go.

Creative Vinyasa Flow | Focused on the flow of movement, sequenced anatomically and creatively. Usually one breath per movement. Faster flowing, for those of you who love to move through the space creatively.

Slow Flow | Gentle movement and stillness. Sometimes more focused on slow and embodied flow, sometimes nearly yin like. Anatomically sequenced, somatic movement meditation.

Yin | Yin cherishes stillness and working with sensation. An opportunity for somatic meditation while in a pose. Grounding the body and the mind, and truly releasing tension.
